Life Intended Podcast Episode: Your World Won’t Change Until Your Mind Does

For the full podcast episode check it out on Youtube, Spotify, or whatever podcast platform you listen to.

Thank you to Kelly Berry. Kelly recently came out with a Life Intended Journal worth checking out!

Here are some highlights from this podcast:

“If life is easy you don’t look to learn.”

“As I went into parenting with a very naive mind, I didn’t realize how effortless I wanted it to be and how our journey would be the opposite of that.”

“If you wanted to work on something and you have 2 hours a week with the most amazing coach. You’ll make so much progress in that two hours. But where is your intention when you leave that coach. It takes all the intentional hours of the rest of your day to make something happen.”

“Your calendar shows your priorities and intention. For a lot of people the pandemic turned their world upside down. It made people appreciate the important things.”

“You have to live in the moment if you ever want to relive the moment.”

“Meet people where they’re at. Don’t give a timeline for someone else’s expectations. If I put arbitrary deadlines on your success we would most likely fail. We are just trying to grow each day, and that is what is counted as success.”

“We use assumptions to protect ourselves. Don’t go into a room thinking you are the smartest. If you can drop your assumptions you can drop your ego.”

“If you want to be a 6 out of 10 in your life’s potential, keep faking it. Keep faking it like you know what you’re doing and your smarter than you are. That is my biggest regret in my life, that I wish I would have gotten more vulnerable sooner, so that I could be a 10/10 in my life and grow to my fullest potential.”
